We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered successfully. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description, size chart, and order details before making a purchase.

Exceptions

A replacement may be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To report such issues, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

Streetway reserves the right to review and approve or reject replacement requests after verification.
